Well done on your Critical Reflection. It was a good read and the point I agreed entirely on was your comments on David Schon's idea of reflection-in-action and reflection-on-action.
When I was reading through his ideas I immediately put myself in the reflection-in-action category. As dancers we do tend to think in the moment as we work depending on how we feel as we dance and what movement flows best into the next.
The way Schon phrases his opinion on reflection-in-action as being more difficult to achieve gives the impression that it is hardly ever successfully achieved. Saying that it is more challenging to achieve would be more correct.
Relfection-in-action while teaching is harder to get used to and gain confidence in but as you say, it will come with practise!
